  • What is Jesmonite?
Jesmonite products are composite materials, a combination of a reactive mineral base and a pure water based acrylic resin.
  • Why does my products have air bubbles?
Due to the nature of the material and making process there may be some air bubbles on the surface of our products, we try our best to minimise these as much as possible.
  • Why can the colour and pattern differ?
As all products are handmade and made to order or done in small quantities to reduce waste, slight variations in colours and patterns may occur within the same product listing. We try our best to be as consistent as possible.
  • Is my product waterproof?
All products are sealed with a food safe, solvent free, non-toxic sealer making it water-repellant, not waterproof.
  • Is my product food safe?
Although our products are sealed with a food-safe sealer, they are not tested, nor meant to eat food off of.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express. You can also pay by Paypal. Is my payment information protected? Most definitely. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We don’t store any of your payment information.
  • Where is my order?
You should have received an email notification to let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time frame email us at signedaysh@gmail.com and we’ll track it down for you.
  • My order has arrived damaged.
We do our very best to pack up each order as well as possible to survive the journey to your door. If your order has not arrived in perfect condition please email us with photos of the damage at signedaysh@gmail.com and we will get back to you with the best solution.
  • How do I use a discount code?
If you have a valid discount code, there is a Discount Code field on the top right hand side of the checkout page if using a desktop computer. If you are using a mobile or tablet you must click a drop down arrow to reveal the discount code field. The discount will automatically be applied to your order. Please remember you can only use one code at a time.
Returns and Refunds
  • How to I return my order?
We hope you love your purchase, however if you’d like to return your order you have 14 days to let us know and return the item to us. You are responsible for paying the return postage. Make sure to keep proof of postage until we have confirmed receiving your return. Email signedaysh@gmail.com for return address.

  • When will my refund be processed?
We process returns as soon as we receive them. We’ll email you to let you know that we have received your return and, if you are eligible for a refund, it will be paid within 7 days of receiving the return. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method used at the checkout and you will receive a refund confirmation email once it has been paid.
